| cr1901_modern | Compiling on ARM is a sore spot for me... because of the way nextpnr stores it's databases and because of all the features of up5k that have been extracted over the years, it's basically not possible to build either icestorm or nextpnr under 4GB of RAM nowadays. | develonepi3 | cr1901_modern I used the instructions from "https://solarianprogrammer.com/2018/05/06/building-gcc-cross-compiler-raspberry-pi/" which first builds a cross compiler binutils-2.28, glibc-2.24, and gcc-6.3.0. Then the with gcc-6.3 it compiled gcc-9.1 and a native arm gcc-9.1. The article claims that on a Pi zero this would take 5 days.
