_florent_Hi quarky93, HBM2 has been tested on a FK33 last year with the Xilinx IP and a wrapper around it to integrate it in LiteX design. I haven't spent the time to properly integrate it yet, but if there  is some interest I could speed this or provide an example on the FK3306:28

Jegevahum, i see "base chip: MT41K512M8" a lot in litedram/modules but MT41K512M8 is nowhere to be seen as a class. I am super new to this, the bios is running on my target but the ram being set incorrectly it is fxing up of course, any idea if MT41K512M8 per se is available somehow ?13:24

_florent_Melkhior: With a Soft-CPU the HBM will be a bit overkill yes, I was mostly experimenting this for designs requiring fast and large buffering (where block rams as not large enough and where DDR4 is not fast enough).20:03
