In fact most of application projects (Linux-on-LiteX-VexRiscv, Linux-on-LiteX-Rocket, etc..) and benches in LiteDRAM/LitePCIe/LiteSDCard, etc... are directly reusing definitions from LiteX-Boards so it makes even more sense to only keep definitions there.
