rohitksingh_workCarlFK: I've been running this test continuously for an hour now. It's not locking up or missed any command. https://paste.debian.net/1087332/09:35
tpbTitle: debian Pastezone (at paste.debian.net)09:35
rohitksingh_workCarlFK: Could you just let this script run on your system and see if the device locks up or misses any command09:36
rohitksingh_workAlso you would want the ModemManager to not interfere with the device. If it's there, you can remove it from the system.09:37
CarlFKrohitksingh_work: runing.. click click click click...09:50
CarlFKpi@oppi:~/temp $ apt-cache policy modemmanager09:50
CarlFKmodemmanager:09:50
CarlFK  Installed: (none)09:50
CarlFK4am, im going back to sleep :p09:51
CarlFKclick click click click...09:51
rohitksingh_workhaha...ok sleep well :p09:54
CarlFKclick click click click...12:18
CarlFKrohitksingh_work: welp... it is working now.  but something I do gets it into a state where something doesn't work.12:19
rohitksingh_workCarlFK: yup seems like something related to invalid inputs, or similar. If you are using it with serial terminal (tio for example), it might be messing up the device after exiting...12:27
CarlFKrohitksingh_work: well... I generally use tio to verify the relay board is still working after  printf ... ttyACM stopped working12:32
CarlFKI am using the relay to power off/on an Atlys and Opsis, so maybe when those serial devices come and go, and the broken udev rules fire... something happens :p12:33
CarlFKhmm, I opened an issue, but now there is no issue section?  https://github.com/timvideos/litex-buildenv-udev/12:37
tpbTitle: GitHub - timvideos/litex-buildenv-udev: udev rules for LiteX BuildEnv supported boards (at github.com)12:37
rohitksingh_workCarlFK: yup there is good chance something in the system is messing up the board and serial devices...this definitely needs detailed debugging12:37
rohitksingh_workCarlFK: looks like there is a new github user/organization where all Litex related projects are being hosted. This is news to me :o12:38
rohitksingh_workCarlFK: Your issues are here: https://github.com/litex-hub/litex-buildenv-udev/issues12:39
