GeoffTheMedio2trade isn't presently used for anything.  some will be deducted if you have buildings that have maintenance costs, but nothing happens if you need more trade than you produce.12:55

GeoffTheMedio2techs current cost 1 rp and take 1 turn so it's easier to test the reserach system and anything it unlocks or does.  when we polish and balance the game, we'll give techs more reasonable costs, and make all techs worthwhile and meaningful20:44
